I. Product Delivery

Alo Tech Info USA undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client on the order form, provided that it is located within the Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer and/or User for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours, that is, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Alo Info will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client and/or User in the order form does not exist, or does not match reality or has been omitted.

Alo Info informs the Customer that it is possible for the same order to be divided into several deliveries.

II. Delivery term

At Alo Info we strive to deliver your products as soon as possible. The delivery time will generally depend on the dimensions and characteristics of the purchased product and the destination postal code.


In those cases where the delivery time is longer, we will inform you promptly since there are products that, due to their characteristics, are stored in the warehouses of our suppliers and depending on availability, the product may take longer to be delivered.

On the day that the preparation of the order is finished, Alo Info will notify the Client and/or User by email or SMS sent to the last address provided for such purposes by the Client and/or User, confirming the departure of the Product(s) from our warehouses.

These terms are average terms, and therefore they are only an estimate and not a guarantee of compliance, since the delivery is made through courier companies outside Alo Info contracted for this purpose by the latter. Therefore, it is possible that the deadlines vary for logistical reasons or fortuitous event or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, Alo Info will inform the Client and/or User of the situation, as soon as it becomes aware of it.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the Product available to the Client and/or User at the address indicated by the latter at the time of making the purchase, which is materialized through the control system used. by the contracted transport company.

In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to Alo Info, the Client may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Return" Section of these CU. Those cases in which the order has been made available to the Client by the transport company within the agreed period and the order could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Client and/or User will not be considered delivery delays. that it is about

III. Delivery Data, Deliveries not made and Loss

If at the time of delivery the Client and/or user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. Alo Info hires, as part of the courier delivery service, the making of three delivery attempts, in order to guarantee that the delivery takes place.

If after 7 (seven) business days after the delivery of the order, its delivery has not been arranged, the Client and/or User must contact Alo Info. In the event that the Client and/or User If this is not done, 10 (ten) business days have elapsed since the order is dispatched for distribution, it will be returned to the Alo Info warehouses and the Client and/or User must bear the cost of shipping and returning the merchandise to the warehouse.

In the event of any problem with the shipment, Alo Info will provide a timely follow-up of the order until it is delivered in optimal conditions.


If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range between one and three weeks.

IV. Diligence in delivery

The Client and/or User, under their own and exclusive responsibility, must check the good condition of the package before the carrier who, on behalf of Alo Info, delivers the requested Product(s), indicating in the proof of delivery any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging of the same. If, once the Product has been reviewed, the Client and/or User detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to the Product by shipment, the latter undertakes to notify Alo Info by email within 48 (forty-eight) hours after delivery.

If you have received the wrong product or if it has been damaged during shipping, please contact the customer service center so that we can support you in an exchange or return and refund of your product. You have up to 48 (forty-eight) hours after delivery to notify us of the fact, otherwise we will not be able to help you solve the problem.

IMPORTANT: If the client requests support from the operator for any transfer and/or installation of the product, Alo Info is not responsible.
